Due to this growth, we have ongoing and fixed term positions available.

Predominantly based in Melbourne, with the occasional trip to our Factory in Geelong, we are looking for our newest Site Supervisors. 

 

A little about the role:

Our Site Supervisors have the overall responsibility to manage the onsite construction elements of our Modular projects, delivering results in all aspects of the project, including time, cost, quality, and safety.

 

The Details:

You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

• Drive program to ensure key project milestones are met 

• Plan, program, monitor, supervise, control and evaluate the daily site activities

• Effectively communicate with subcontractor trades, and project team to ensure a shared understanding of the project 

• Create and maintain positive relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers and other key stakeholders 

• Resolve team issues and develop/train direct reports

• Ensure all machinery and tools are available on site and are in proper working order, regularly tagged and tested and are up to date with maintenance requirements

• Maintain progress reports to ensure any significant information is communicated effectively with the Construction Manager

• Identify errors in project plans vs site conditions, provide alternatives and solutions for the Project Manager

• Supervise high level safety awareness

• Ensure OHS and environmental procedures are observed, practiced, and provide report on incidences/accidents, 

• Actively participate in the Project Performance Review
