Internal Building

There are many compelling reasons to build with Modularity, yet many clients also take comfort

that our highly efficient construction method is configured not only for the highest-quality finish, but to minimise wastage.

Most construction takes place at our factory, where controlled, repeatable processes lead to best-practice energy efficiency.

Building waste is all but eliminated, with excess materials sorted and recycled.

A 2013 British study into the sustainability of offsite construction¹ found modular construction can reduce energy use

on-site by up to 80%, waste by 90% and road traffic movements by up to 60%.

Defects may also be reduced by an incredible 80%.
