James Heffernan

General Manager, Modularity

James draws on a wealth of modular construction experience across

a variety of managerial roles to lead our Modularity program.

​

With more than 10 years in the modular industry backed by a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) and Master of Business Administration (MBA), he focuses on driving exceptional quality into every project, great communication with clients, and delivering 'above and beyond' outcomes.

His favourite project has been the installation of a modular kindergarten to Bairnsdale for the Victorian School Building Authority's Kindergartens on

School Sites (KOSS) program. The project was delivered utilising a combination of Modularity staff with locally sourced sub-contractors.

''It was the longest distance from Geelong that Modularity has delivered, and it required a massive team effort. Despite challenging weather conditions, the project was delivered on time and exceeded the client's expectations. Rendine's trademark is 'together we build', and this was a great example of how we apply that.''
